AAP MP Sushil Rinku protests against the central government with his body in chains | Gurbani World

Chandigarh, August 11: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sushil Kumar Rink staged a protest against the central government in a unique way. Rinku protested outside the Parliament building with his body shackled in iron chains and raised slogans such as “free the Parliament” and “free the democracy”.

On Friday, outside the Parliament House, Rinku protested in front of the statue of Constitution maker Babasaheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and raised slogans against the central government. He was demonstrating there alone and chained.

Speaking with the media on this occasion, Sushil Rinku said that the central government has imprisoned the country’s constitution, parliament and law in the chains of slavery. Today all the four pillars of the country’s democracy, the legislature, the executive, the judiciary and the media are in danger.

He said that the central government of our country neither believes in the constitution nor has faith in the country’s supreme judicial system. The Modi government is behaving arbitrarily and even ignoring the Supreme Court’s decision. He said that the voice of the opposition in Parliament is being suppressed and they (opposition MPs) are being suspended deliberately.

It is notable that Sushil Rinku was suspended for the entire session for tearing the copies of the Delhi Service Bill. When Rinku was protesting outside the Parliament House, Rahul Gandhi and Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge also met him to appreciat his move.
