Chandigarh, 20 August: After giving the Kejriwal ki guarantee in Chhattisgarh, Aam Aadmi Party’s National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, on Sunday, unveiled the party’s guarantee card in Madhya Pradesh as well. Arvind Kejriwal guaranteed employment, free electricity, education, health, ex-gratia to the families of martyrs and corruption-free governance to the people of Madhya Pradesh and said that the Aam Aadmi Party does not make false promises. We do what we say, said the AAP convenor.
Addressing the people on the occasion, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann targeted the BJP and said that Madhya Pradesh no longer needs the double engine of the BJP. Now Madhya Pradesh needs a new engine of Arvind Kejriwal. Praising Kejriwal, Mann said that Arvind Kejriwal’s guarantee cannot go unfulfilled, just like the Ganga won’t flow in reverse.
On the guarantee of employment, Mann said that in Punjab we have given government jobs to more than 30,000 youth within just one and a half years. Just a few days ago, the services of 12,710 temporary teachers were regularised and their salaries were increased three times. A large number of youths will be given government jobs when the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed in Madhya Pradesh.
On the guarantee of electricity, he said that despite the no generation of electricity in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal ensured 24 hours free electricity for the people of Delhi. In Punjab too, from July 1, 2022, people are getting 300 units of free electricity every month. Due to free electricity, the common people are now saving about two to three thousand rupees every month.
Speaking on the guarantee of education and health, Mann said that Arvind Kejriwal made the government schools of Delhi so good that even when former US President Donald Trump came to India, much to Modi’s distress, his wife Melania Trump went to see Delhi’s government schools.
Along with improving government schools, the Kejriwal government opened hundreds of Mohalla clinics in Delhi and revamped government hospitals. In Delhi, treatment and all kinds of tests are free.
Mann talked about corruption-free governance and said that after forming the government in Punjab, we launched an anti-corruption helpline number. Based on the complaints received on that number, we have taken action against more than 350 corrupt leaders, officers and employees.
He said that Prime Minister Modi got scared after seeing the education and health revolution of Delhi. That is why they put Delhi’s Education Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendar Jain in jail. But Arvind Kejriwal cannot be stopped.
Bhagwant Mann termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as ‘Jhumlebaaz’ and said, “Thanda matlab Coca-Cola, Anpadh matlab Narendra Modi”. He said that Narendra Modi only used jhumlebaazi to mislead the people of the country. He used to talk about selling tea in his childhood, but I doubt that he doesn’t even know how to make tea.
*In 75 years, no party in the country asked for votes for building good schools and hospitals – Kejriwal*
Addressing the people, AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that there is only one party in the whole country which can make a good future for you and your children, that is the Aam Aadmi Party. If you want your child to have a better future, good education and employment for them, then vote for the Aam Aadmi Party.
Kejriwal said that in the last 75 years, there was not a single party in the country which sought votes in the name of building good schools and hospitals.
Kejriwal attacked the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan and said that mama (uncle) has cheated the youth of Madhya Pradesh. Now your chacha (Arvind Kejriwal) has come to avenge mama’s betrayal. Don’t trust mama now, only put your trust in your chacha and give the AAP a chance in Madhya Pradesh.
