In Subhkaran’s case, Zero FIR lodged following legal advice, said IGP Headquarters Dr Sukhchain Singh Gill.
He said Subhkaran’s funeral will be held today. Gill said, CM Punjab announced Rs.1 crore compensation. Subhkaran’s sister to be offered constable job in Punjab Police as per family’s wish and we stand by his family and will do everything to support them.
